Return & Refund Policy

At Bin Azeem Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

You received a wrong product
The product is damaged at the time of delivery
The product has a manufacturing defect (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
You must contact us within the allowed time (see Section 2)

2. Return Request Time

Please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Requests after this time may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Items damaged due to misuse
Products that have been opened/used (where applicable)
Personal care / hygiene items (if applicable)
Items on sale/clearance (unless damaged or incorrect)

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is checked:

You may receive a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (or another method agreed with you).
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider/bank.

5. Exchange Policy

If the product is available, we can offer an exchange for:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged item delivered

6. Delivery Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or damaged item), delivery/return charges (if any) will be handled by Bin Azeem Store.
If the return is due to customer choice, delivery charges may not be refundable.
